What is Web Summit?

In five years, Web Summit has grown from 400 attendees to over 42,000 from more than 134 countries. It’s been called “the best technology conference on the planet”. But we just think it’s different. When are tickets on sale?

We are having a series of 2 FOR 1 sales over the next few weeks where you can purchase a package with two tickets for €700, that’s €350 per ticket. If you would like to receive a discount code to avail of this offer you can sign up here.

I have a discount code. How do I apply it?

Once you sign up for our 2 FOR 1 offer you should receive an email to activate your discount code. As we will be having a series of 2 FOR 1 sales, the date of the sale you are part depends on when you signed up. This date will be communicated to you via email over the next few weeks.

Once the date has been confirmed, you should receive an email with your discount code followed by an email with a link to purchase your ticket.

What does my Web Summit ticket entitle me to?

A standard Web Summit ticket grants you entry to Web Summit 2016 on November 7-10 as well as access to Web Summit satellite events, networking events and Night Summit parties. A premium ticket includes all of the above and access to the premium lounge where complimentary food and drink will be served. What does a Women in Tech ticket entitle me to?

A Women in Tech ticket is equivalent to a standard ticket and entitles you to entry to Web Summit 2016 on November 7-10 as well as access to Web Summit satellite events, networking events and parties. This includes the following benefits:

Access to attendee database during event
Ability to contact attendees during event

How can I register for Web Summit?

To register for Web Summit, you must download our app which will be available to download closer to the time. Here you will find your QR code. Please present this along with photo ID at registration.

How do I change the name on my ticket?

You are free to change the name on your ticket and have someone else go in your place. Simply click on the link provided in your booking confirmation email to access your ticket and reassign it to whomever you wish. You can watch this short video to guide you through the simple process of reassigning your ticket.

Is there a schedule available?

A detailed schedule will be made available closer to the event. It will be available on our website and in our attendee app.
