Registration Information

How can I register for Web Summit?

To register for Web Summit you must download our app. Within the app you will find your QR code. Bring this along with your ticket reference code and photo ID.

November 1-3 between 8am and 10pm at Dublin Airport’s Terminal 1 and 2.
November 2 between 10am and 8pm at the RDS.
November 3-4 between 8am and 5.30pm at the RDS.
November 5 between 8am and 2.30pm at the RDS.

How do I get to the RDS?

The Aircoach bus runs from the airport on the half-hour, every hour. You’re looking for Route 702: Dublin Airport to Greystones/Bray, and can book €8 tickets here. Tickets are also available at the airport. You’ll be getting off at the fifth stop. There is also a taxi rank at the airport, with taxis to the RDS costing €40.

If you’re travelling from the city centre, The DART can bring you to the RDS in 15 minutes. You’re looking for Pearse Street or Connolly Station for trains travelling towards Greystones. Hop off at the Sandymount stop, and you’re a five-minute walk from the RDS.

Dublin Bus routes 4, 7 and 18 will all drop you right at the door of the RDS. All leave from the middle of Connolly Bridge in the city centre at regular intervals. Bring coins for your fare.

There are plenty of taxi ranks dotted across the city – including O’Connell Street and St. Stephen’s Green. You can also easily find cabs to hail. Dublin also has Hailo and Uber and fares should come in around the €15 mark.  

Is there airport registration?

You can now register for Web Summit as soon as you land in Terminals 1 and 2 at Dublin airport. General attendees, ALPHA, BETA and START startups and investors can register in the airport.Download our app and please bring photo ID with you.

Where is Night Summit happening?

From November 2 to November 5 we’re bringing legendary networking to the streets of Dublin. Each night we’ll introduce you to a different zone in Dublin city centre. Check out the specific zones below or the different night venues here. On Monday we’re heading to Fade Street. Tuesday to Harcourt Street, and Wednesday we’re taking over Dame Lane and Dame Court.

Where Does Web Summit take place?

Web Summit takes place in various venues across the city of Dublin, Ireland. The main conference venue is the Royal Dublin Society (RDS), Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland.

What does my Web Summit ticket entitle me to?

Do you pay for travel?

Unfortunately, we can’t pay for travel expenses for Web Summit.
